The Lions, who are to rejoin the top-flight next season, have stepped in to stage the fifth round of the series which was to take place at Sheffield on Monday.
But the Tigers require that date to stage a re-arranged league match against Ipswich, and stadium availability issues mean the meeting has been switched.
It now takes place at the Paul Chapman & Sons Arena on Tuesday October 25 (7.30pm) with the final round of the competition at Belle Vue on Thursday October 27.
