PETERBOROUGH duo Scott Nicholls and Chris Harris, with 10 titles between them, go for more national glory in Monday’s Sports Insure British Final at Belle Vue (7.30).
Both riders have experience of the National Speedway Stadium track with mixed results and the line-up consists of six champions.
Harris , who won his last title 11-years ago, insists there’s more titles in him yet.
“I’ve got more titles in me yet,” he said. “I’m feeling good, the bikes are fast and I’m feeling good.
“Belle Vue is a track I’ve always enjoyed although I didn’t do particularly well when it first opened.
“Now I’m happier with my bikes, they feel a lot quicker and I’m sure I can go out there and do well, as always I’ll be giving it my best.”
Tickets are on sale from the Belle Vue Speedway website or the box office will be open on the night.
Crendon Panthers return to the Showground on Monday week, August 23, with a mouthwatering clash against league leaders Wolverhampton.
Both clubs are heading into the play-offs and it has all the makings of a classic. Tickets are on sale now which gives fans the quickest way to get into the stadium or payment on the night remains an option.
